Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to deliver a friendly guest experience, craft beverages and food to spec, and uphold Food & Beverage standards. You will engage with guests, assist teammates, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment across shifts.

The role requires a welcoming attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and flexibility for nights and weekends. Prior Starbucks/food service experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with guests and helping others in a fast-paced store environment.
• Demonstrate a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate across multiple frequency devices and use technology as directed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of working independently and with a team while solving guest questions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a positive attitude.
• Support other team members and maintain food safety and store standards.
• Operate food and beverage processes, temperature checks, replenishment, and signings as needed.
