Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or hospitality environment.
• Passion for coffee origins, roasting, and preparation.
• Friendly, outgoing personality to handle the Miami morning rush.

Responsibilities

• Maintain espresso quality throughout the shift, adjusting grind and dose as needed.
• Steam silky micro foam for traditional and specialty drinks; latte art is a plus.
• Educate guests on the menu from Cortadito to seasonal latte specials.
• Handle high-volume rushes with speed and precision to meet standards.
• Keep the station and equipment clean and well maintained.
