Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or hospitality environment.
• A genuine interest in coffee origins, roasting, and preparation.
• A friendly, outgoing personality that can handle the Miami morning rush with a smile.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Dial It In: Maintain espresso quality and adjust grind and dose for the perfect shot.
• Latte Art & Prep: Steam silky micro foam for drinks; latte art skills are a huge plus.
• Guest Education: Help guests navigate the menu from Cortadito to seasonal lattes.
• Efficiency: Manage high-volume rushes with speed and precision, ensuring drinks meet standards.
• Maintenance: Keep station and espresso machine pristine—a clean bar is a happy bar.
