Qualifications

• Barista experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Interest in coffee and learning espresso prep and milk texturing.
• Ability to multitask and maintain quality during high-volume service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift for extended periods.
• Fast-paced, high-energy environment with guest interaction.
• Early morning and weekend availability essential.

Responsibilities
