Qualifications

• Experience as a barista or willingness to learn espresso preparation and milk texturing.
• Ability to multitask and maintain quality during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso beverages and coffee offerings with consistency and care.
• Follow recipes and standards for espresso, milk texturing, and presentation.
• Maintain organized workflow and pace during high-volume periods.
• Monitor beverage quality to align with company standards.
• Keep equipment and cafe areas clean and maintained per health standards.
• Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Communicate equipment issues or needs to management.
• Deliver genuine hospitality and create a welcoming guest experience.
