Qualifications

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and guest-first culture.
• Experience with food quality and freshness management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with handcrafted beverages and food during all hours.
• Maintain Food and Beverage Standards and Starbucks brand standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, and inventory accuracy.
• Support Drive Up and digital guest orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Keep the dining area inviting and engage with guests to exceed expectations.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures across the Starbucks space.
