Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista in Wisconsin to create a friendly guest experience and craft beverages and food to spec. You will follow food safety guidelines and assist with Drive Up and OPU orders, while maintaining the dining area and supporting team members.

Flexible, fast-paced environment; prior Starbucks/food service experience is a plus but not required. Training and benefits are available as part of the role at Target stores.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications.
• Follow food safety requirements and temperature controls.
• Support Drive Up/OPU processes to fulfill digital orders.
• Maintain an inviting dining area and assist with back-up cashier duties.
• Complete required training and certifications related to quality control.
