Job summary

PJ's Coffee of Baton Rouge - Dragos is seeking a Barista to master crafting beverages and food items while fostering a positive environment. Responsibilities include serving customers, ensuring store cleanliness, and adhering to cash handling procedures. Candidates should have an engaging personality and be willing to learn the PJ's Coffee standards. Even without prior barista experience, candidates will receive comprehensive training in the PJ's way of serving coffee and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Barista experience is OK, but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to communicate through different channels including email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Present a positive image of PJ's to customers and coworkers.
• Prepare all beverages and food to meet specifications.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain store upkeep.
• Follow cash handling procedures accurately.
• Attend training sessions to enhance coffee knowledge.
