Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Barista at Northeastern Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical College to provide exceptional customer service while crafting beverages. The role requires weekdays with varying shifts and a part-time schedule, and offers a pay range of $10.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with cash handling. A high school diploma or equivalent and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Customer Service related work experience.
• Must have knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards, and inventory control systems.
• Starbucks Baristas may be required to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with quick, friendly service.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, tea, etc.).
• Maintain good customer relations and speedy delivery of beverages and food items.
• Educate guests on menu offerings and suggestive selling.
• Arrange bar supplies and keep areas clean and orderly.
• Record sales and handle cash with proper procedures.
