Job summary

Northeastern Health System in Tahlequah, OK is seeking a full-time Barista to join our kiosk team. You will serve drinks and foods with friendly, individualized attention, educate customers about menu items, and maintain quality and sanitation standards.

You will handle cash transactions, balance the register, and support the kitchen with prep and replenishment. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and on-the-job training; Food Handlers Permit is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education - High School, ability to read and write, count money
• Minimum Experience - On-The-Job Training
• Required Certification/Registration - Food Handlers Permit
• Preferred Education - High School or equivalent or above

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers promptly and courteously, develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.
• Sets up drinks, foods and equipment ready for service.
• Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards, following drink recipes and procedures.
• Accurately rings sales transactions into cash register system in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Balances register at end of shift as required, accurately completes register log.
