Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services in Oklahoma City is hiring for a full-time Barista. The role prepares espresso drinks and related food items, greets customers, and processes orders through a POS system. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 9:00–17:00 and Friday 10:00–19:00, with an ongoing application process.

Pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour. Benefits include training, retirement options, health programs, and additional perks.

Qualifications

• Prior barista experience is required.
• Experience handling POS and cash transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related items.
• Interacts with customers in a friendly manner and answers questions.
• Enters orders into POS accurately and handles payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper food handling per HACCP guidelines.
• Ensures proper serving temperatures and presentation of foods and beverages.
• Keeps display and service areas neat and stocked.
