• Offer samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials to drive interest.
• Ensure fresh products and correct portion sizes to prevent shrink.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; label and stock department merchandise.
• Monitor product quality and sell-by dates; take appropriate action as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents to management.
