• Provide fresh products as ordered and ensure correct portion sizes.
• Recommend coffee shop items to meet customer needs.
• Use kitchen equipment and label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
• Check product quality and review sell-by dates for action as needed.
• Report discrepancies to the department manager and stay current with ads.
• Adhere to safety procedures and food safety guidelines; identify unsafe conditions.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs as needed.
• Notify management of accidents and safety risks; report theft or fraud as required.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Maintain honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
