• Offer samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials.
• Provide fresh products and correct portion sizes to prevent shrink.
• Recommend coffee shop items to meet customer needs.
• Use equipment properly and label/inventory ingredients.
• Check product quality and review sell-by dates.
• Follow proper safety procedures and maintain food safety compliance.
• Inspect equipment and report needed repairs to management.
• Notify management of incidents or safety risks as they occur.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to handle conflicts constructively and maintain integrity.
