Job summary

Aramark is hiring full-time baristas to join our fast-paced team. You will prepare specialty drinks, assist with food prep, and handle orders and payments while delivering memorable customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service and cash handling experience, with a barista background preferred. Ability to follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and work independently is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a barista preferred.
• Basic math & counting skills required.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow required dress code as assigned.
• Able to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items in line with location standards.
• Balance cash drawer and deposits.
• Adhere to Aramark’s cash handling policies.
• Set up and break down coffee bar and sanitize work areas.
• Stock beverage coolers and condiments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
