Job summary

Aramark in Pennsylvania is seeking full-time Baristas to craft specialty drinks, assist with food prep, and take orders with a smile in a fast-paced setting. You’ll handle cash and POS, greet customers, and help maintain a clean, stocked coffee bar per brand standards.

Experience in customer service and cash handling is preferred. You should read English, follow recipes, and complete required Food Handling Certification.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Barista experience preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow required dress code.
• Able to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a register/POS and handle transactions.
• Greet and assist customers.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items.
• Balance cash drawer and deposits.
• Adhere to cash handling policies.
• Set up and breakdown coffee bar and store areas.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Stock beverage coolers and condiments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
