• Recommend coffee shop items to meet customer needs.
• Use equipment safely and inventory ingredients.
• Check quality and sell-by dates to ensure freshness.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the manager.
• Stay current with ads and promotions.
• Follow safety procedures and report risks or unsafe conditions.
• Perform preventive equipment inspections and report needed repairs.
• Report accidents or illegal activity to management.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced environments and manage conflicts.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support to minors, and/or individuals with special needs and older adults.
