Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with six months of customer service experience.
• Barista certification required with a score of 90% or better.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends, any shift, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures and structure.
• Familiarity with industry terms and processes.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and encourage associates to deliver excellent service.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and suggest products to meet sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness of the customer service area and equipment.
• Prepare beverage orders such as espresso drinks and Coffee of the Day.
• Follow store policies, procedures and merchandising standards.
• Perform cleaning tasks per duty rosters and cleaning standards.
• Handle inventory stocking and recording; follow cash register policies.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts calmly.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
