Job summary

Aramark in Bentonville, AR is hiring full-time Baristas to prepare specialty drinks, assist with food preparation, and process orders and payments while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will operate a register, greet customers, and maintain a clean, sanitary cafe to brand standards.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service and cash-handling experience; barista experience and Food Handling Certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous barista experience preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must read and communicate in English; able to follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a register/POS and handle cash and card transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items in line with location standards.
• Balance cash drawer and deposits.
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and break down coffee bar, stations or store; clean and sanitize.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Stock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware and condiments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines; other duties as assigned.
