Job summary

Aramark Texas is hiring full-time Baristas to deliver fast, friendly service while preparing specialty drinks, assisting with food items, and handling orders and payments. You will greet customers, operate the register, maintain a clean station, stock supplies, and follow health and safety guidelines in a dynamic cafe setting.

Prior cash handling or barista experience is preferred; English reading skills required; Food Handling Certification may be needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Barista experience is preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Able to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required

Responsibilities

• Operate register and POS; handle cash and card transactions.
• Greet customers and anticipate needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items per location standards.
• Balance cash drawer, fill cashier slip, and make deposits.
• Follow cash handling policies and health/safety guidelines.
• Set up and break down coffee bar and maintain sanitation.
• Stock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
