Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista at the Harbor Blvd location in Garden Grove, CA. The role centers on delivering friendly, efficient guest service while preparing handcrafted beverages and food to standard recipes.

You will help maintain food safety, assist guests with Drive Up and other services, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere. The position emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn through provided training.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to handle cash register operations as needed.
