Prepare and Serve Drinks: Craft high-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks consistently. Follow café recipes and presentation standards.. . Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and take orders with a friendly attitude.Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations.. . Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar, machines, and café area clean and organized at all times.Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling.. . Operate Equipment:- Use espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools correctly and safely.Troubleshoot minor equipment issues when needed.. . Manage Inventory:- Restock cups, syrups, milk, and other ingredients as needed.Inform management when supplies are low.. . Cash Handling:- Handle transactions accurately using the register or POS system.Process payments and give correct change or receipts.. . Team Collaboration:- Communicate with coworkers to keep service flowing smoothly.Support other staff during busy hours (like helping with dishes or tables if needed).. .
