Job summary

Sofive Hatfield is seeking a reliable Barista/Bartender to support our café and bar operations. You will prepare coffee and beverages, serve alcohol per license, and ensure a welcoming experience for players, families, and guests.

Responsibilities include using the POS, maintaining cleanliness, handling inventory, and assisting with events. Evening and weekend availability is required; hourly pay is $14.0.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• RAMP Server/Seller training within the applicable timeframe.
• Experience in barista, bartending, hospitality, or customer-service role preferred.
• Comfortable handling alcohol-service responsibilities and checking identification.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules.
• Location: Sofive Hatfield, PA; Schedule: Part-Time.
• Availability: Evenings and weekends; additional hours may be available during events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other café beverages.
• Serve beer, wine, and other alcohol per licensed protocol.
• Verify IDs and enforce responsible alcohol-service.
• Operate POS system and process cash/card transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café/bar area.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs.
• Follow opening, closing, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures.
• Support birthday parties, tournaments, leagues, and other facility events.
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
