Firestone Art Studio + Cafe in Manchester, CT is seeking a Cafe Associate to create a welcoming guest experience while preparing drinks and food. You will handle orders, assist guests, and keep the space clean and inviting.

$17/hour + tips | Part-Time to Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling

Firestone is an art studio + cafe where creativity, community, and good food come together. We’re looking for a Cafe Associate who is friendly, dependable, hardworking, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for our guests.

This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, food and drink preparation, cafe operations, and maintaining a clean and inviting space.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare drinks, sandwiches, salads, and other food items
• Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash and card transactions
• Answer the phone and assist guests with information about our cafe and studio
• Stock, organize, and rotate food and cafe products
• Receive and put away orders and deliveries
• Keep the cafe, studio, workstations, and guest areas clean and organized throughout the day
• Restock supplies, condiments, and other cafe essentials
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures
• Work as part of a team and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace
• Stay productive and look for ways to help during both busy and slower periods
