Hyatt Regency Dallas—Coffee's Post is hiring an AM-focused Barista to join our hotel market team. You will prepare coffee and beverages using Illy coffee, welcome and engage with guests, and handle register transactions. You will also serve pastries and prepare hot foods for guests in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

This full-time role requires friendly service, attention to detail, and teamwork to create a great guest experience. Shifts include mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
• Previous register experience preferred and customer service skills required
• Knowledge of coffee beverages and preparation
• Able to stand for long periods and to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
• Must be available to work full-time AM shifts
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other beverages using Illy coffee.
• Welcome and engage with guests, recommend products.
• Check out customers at the register and process payments.
• Serve pastries and prepare hot foods, including breakfast sandwiches and tacos.
