Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dallas is seeking an AM-focused Barista to join Coffee's Post in our hotel market. You will prepare coffee and beverages using Illy equipment, welcome guests, suggest products, and handle checkout at the register.

You’ll also prepare pastries and hot breakfast items for guests in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential to maintain a clean, organized market and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Previous register experience preferred and customer service skills required.
• Knowledge of coffee beverages and preparation preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
• Must be available to work full-time AM shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other beverages using Illy equipment.
• Welcome guests, engage and make product recommendations; process payments at the register.
• Serve pastries and prepare hot breakfast items (sandwiches, tacos) for guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming market environment.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and cover shifts as needed.

Summary

$17/hour Join the team at Coffee's Post, our hotel market, as a full-time, AM-focused Barista. You will prepare coffee and other beverages using Illy coffee, welcome and engage with guests, recommend products, and check out customers at the register. You will also serve pastries and prepare hot food, including breakfast sandwiches and tacos, for guests. This is a fast-paced role where friendly service, attention to detail, and teamwork help create a great experience for every guest. You will help keep the market clean, organized, and welcoming.
