Hugo's Family Marketplace is seeking a Barista to greet customers, take orders, and craft beverages to Caribou standards. You will also prepare pastries and sandwiches, handle the POS, and keep the coffee area clean and stocked.

This role emphasizes friendly service and accuracy in a fast-paced environment, with teamwork and strict adherence to health and safety guidelines. On-site role with full benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, PTO, and holiday pay.

Job Purpose:- As a Barista at Hugo's Family Marketplace (& Caribou), you will be the face of our coffee service, providing exceptional customer experiences while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items.
