Job summary

Vail Resorts in Truckee, CA is hiring a Barista for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You’ll craft hot and cold beverages, connect with guests, and deliver an exemplary guest experience in a mountain resort setting. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with full- and part-time hours available.

No formal experience is required; you’ll be trained on the job. Fluency in English is required, and housing is available for eligible employees as part of our mountain lifestyle offerings and training programs.
