Vic's On The River in Savannah, GA is hiring a reliable barista to join our busy team. You will work 4-5 shifts per week, with shifts from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and you can earn hourly pay plus cash tips daily.

We value strong customer service, teamwork, precise order execution, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Barista experience is a plus and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

Looking to add a reliable team member to our barista family.

Must be willing to work weekend shifts. Looking to hire someone to work 4-5 shifts per week.
Hourly plus cash tips (daily).
Shifts are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

We are open 363 days a year. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Qualifications:

• Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers.
• Basic coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee beverages, although advanced knowledge, such as roasting and grinding processes, coffee bean sourcing, and flavor differences, can be helpful.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner and prevent or resolve conflicts.
• Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with other Baristas.
• Attention to detail to manage specific customer requests as well as a high-volume beverage assembly line with minimal errors.
• Time management and organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume workplace.
• Barista experience is a plus!
