Ordnebraska is hiring a barista to support daily operation of our coffee shop in Kentucky. Shifts run 7am–1pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with paid training before your first shift. This role emphasizes craftsmanship in coffee and customer service in a fast-paced team.

You will prepare beverages, engage customers, handle payments and tips, and help with stocking, all while lifting up to 50lbs and standing 6 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Willing to complete paid training before first shift.
• Able to stand 6+ hours daily and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job description

We are hiring for the position of barista for daily operation of the coffee shop. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is quick on their feet, has experience in customer service, and is interested in pursuing craftsmanship in coffee.
