Job summary

Town and Country Resort in San Diego is seeking a Part-Time Barista to craft exceptional coffee, greet guests with hospitality, and keep the café energized during busy shifts. You’ll prepare espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks, maintain a clean, stocked café, handle POS transactions, and support opening or closing duties while providing friendly service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of barista or café experience.
• Experience operating commercial espresso equipment.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks with consistency and care.

• Help with opening, closing, inventory, stocking, and daily cleaning responsibilities.
