Job summary

JAVA PLUS II LLC is seeking a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea. You will educate guests on our drinks menu, tailor orders to preferences, and upsell VIP items while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You should have guest service skills and knowledge of brewing equipment, and be able to work varied shifts. Compensation includes hourly pay and tips, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Barista responsibilities include educating guests on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have guest service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should be able to work various shifts. Note: this position’s compensation includes hourly pay and tips. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent experience for our guests.
