Job summary

Think Aksarben LLP in Omaha, NE is seeking a friendly, customer‑oriented barista to join Agora Café team. You will prepare drinks and food items for patients and guests, maintain a clean, welcoming space, and ensure prompt service during morning hours.

Responsibilities include brewing coffee, using POS with accurate cash handling, restocking supplies, bussing and sanitizing, and assisting customers with menu questions while delivering the Think experience.

• Practicing excellent customer service, preparing drinks and food items for patients throughout building, maintaining bar cleanliness.
• Ordering supplies, keeping bar stocked with merchandise and food items.
• Accurately using POS and proper cash handling techniques.
• Brewing and maintaining coffee air-pots and shuttles in four key areas; ensuring freshness and replenishing supplies in these areas several times per day.
• Bussing and sanitizing tables, chairs, and bar.
• Displaying knowledge of product, menu, and use of equipment by following prescribed recipes and standard barista techniques; continuing education on how to properly operate equipment.
• Preparing and serving coffee, drinks and food items at the Agora Café
• Greeting everyone, making an emotional connection with customers; helping with menu questions.

This job creates the Think experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean, friendly and comfortable environment. The Café hours are 6:30am - 3:00pm M-F.
