About the job:
Barista
Crew members handle multiple roles in the shop, including food prep, serving, cleaning, and making food items and drinks, all while creating and maintaining a clean, functional workspace. This is a full-time or part-time position based in Ocean Isle Beach, NC, reporting to the Store Manager. There is potential for advancement to barista and shift lead roles.

Must be available to work on Sundays.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver impeccable hospitality to guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work any position needed each day.
• Knowledge of all menu items.
• Food preparation.
• Follow recipe guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Support team in keeping the cafe running smoothly, including tasks like washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, organizing the condiment station, and taking out the trash.

Qualifications:
