Job summary

Biscuit Belly in North Augusta, GA is looking for a friendly Barista to set the tone for an enjoyable guest experience. You’ll greet guests with warmth, craft beverages to spec, and bring your own personality to every shift.

You’ll embody Genuine Authenticity and Relentless Hospitality, work quickly during rushes, and help create a welcoming environment by supporting teammates and keeping the bar area clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to spec
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area
• Enter orders accurately and process payments
• Keep drink stations stocked, prepped, and ready for peak times
• Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH to keep service flowing smoothly

• Make thoughtful drink recommendations based on guest preferences
• Own mistakes quickly and fix them with kindness

• Craft beverages that are flavorful, vibrant, and Instagram‑ready

• Bring high energy and personality to the bar area
• Confidently talk about our coffee, specialty drinks, and bold flavors
• Add playful, upbeat vibes to the guest experience

Relentless Hospitality

• Anticipate guest needs before they ask — refills, remakes, suggestions

• Move with speed, grace, and accuracy during rushes
• Support teammates by running drinks, helping expo, or jumping in where needed
