Hapive is a new Modern Coffee shop in Downtown Newark, and we're looking for baristas who want to be part of building something from the beginning. We're not looking for someone who just wants to make drinks and clock out. We're looking for someone who cares about **coffee, hospitality, people, details, and creating a great place to be**. COMPENSATION.

**$14/hr base wage + shared tips.** There is potential to earn approximately **$20–$23/hr in total compensation when tips are strong**, but tip earnings vary based on customer volume, sales, and customer tipping. We want to be transparent: **the $20–$23 figure is an earning opportunity.**
