Qualifications

Responsibilities

Bean There Café is looking for a Lead Barista to join our growing team. Located at 2107 Goldfinch Blvd in Princeton Junction, NJ, our coffee bar is connected to a vibrant co-working community in the heart of a residential neighborhood.

We're seeking a people-focused, hospitality-driven professional who loves coffee, enjoys building relationships with guests, and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences. This role combines beverage preparation, guest service, light food execution, inventory management, and leadership responsibilities, including opening and closing the café.

This position is ideal for someone seeking a consistent daytime schedule, with shifts primarily occurring Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM-3:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage plus tips.
