Coffee. You are excited to learn about espresso, our Puerto Rican coffee, drink preparation, and latte art. Previous barista experience is preferred, but your attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much..

Adaptability. Coffee shops move fast. You must be comfortable adjusting priorities, supporting different locations when needed, and staying calm during busy moments..

Sales. You are confident recommending drinks, introducing customers to our products, and helping grow sales through genuine conversations—not pressure..
