• Operate cash register and be familiar with self-service kiosks.
• Maintain product inventory to established levels.
• Recognize products; restock & rotate inventory.
• Smile, greet, and serve customers, making them feel welcome.
• Complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control.
• Display merchandise attractively.
• Weigh, grind, or pack coffee beans for customers.
• Stock, clean and organize coolers.
• Label and display signs for all items.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

We’re now offering a $500 sign-on bonus for all new employees hired into this role between February 10, 2026- September 30, 2026. (50% paid after 30 days of employment, 50% paid after 6 months of employment)

Hourly Wage ISS Guckenheimer offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. $20.00 per hour - $23.00 per hour.

Work Hours The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 6:30 am-3:00 pm

Key Purpose Welcome all guests and make them feel happy they came. Let them know you are here to make that perfect beverage for them. Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas. Serve ready to eat foods such as pasties, muffins, biscotti, and bagels at breakfast and sandwiches and salads at lunch. Always serve guests with a caring and happy attitude.
