Job summary

Fairlane Hotel in Nashville, TN is seeking a friendly Barista to open the cafe, craft coffee and tea, and provide warm guest service. The position is on-site with flexible full-time or part-time hours, and the cafe environment emphasizes fast-paced service and quality beverages.

Modern Love in the Fairlane hotel is looking for a friendly Barista to open the cafe, prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and light food, and keep service running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open the cafe, set up equipment and the register, and stock supplies.
• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and light food consistently; check quality throughout the shift.
• Welcome guests, take orders, offer recommendations, and process payments.
• Keep the cafe and equipment clean and sanitary.
• Restock supplies, flag low inventory, and help teammates during busy periods.
