Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a friendly Barista to join our team in a welcoming, fast-paced setting. You will craft quality coffee and tea beverages and deliver outstanding service to guests, helping to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include preparing drinks to our standards, maintaining a clean station, handling payments, and promoting menu items. Prior barista or customer service experience is preferred, with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends.
