Better Buzz Coffee Roasters in California is seeking a friendly barista to deliver fast, warm service and help create Buzz Life experiences for guests.

You will learn our coffee and food offerings, work across cafe stations, maintain a clean space, and support a tight-knit team on 22+ hour weeks with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsabilités

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions — cross-trained and adaptable including kitchen food preparation
• Keep spaces clean, safe and guest-ready
• Produce proper drinks and food items to standard recipes
• Stock ingredients for each station as needed
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas

Compensation

Base pay is $20.00 per hour + tips

• Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
