Job summary

Miraval Berkshires in Massachusetts is seeking a friendly Barista to provide exemplary guest service and act as a Food & Beverage ambassador within the wellness resort. You will greet guests warmly, craft custom beverages, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

The position emphasizes guest connections, flexible weekend schedules, and a focus on hospitality excellence at a world-class resort in a tranquil setting.

Qualifications

• Weekends a must.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to guests as a Barista and F&B ambassador.
• Make guest connections and provide warm greetings to guests while preparing beverages and snacks.
• Prepare custom made beverages and snacks for guests.
