Job summary

Miraval Berkshires is seeking a friendly Barista to deliver outstanding guest service in a resort setting. You will craft beverages and snacks, greet guests warmly, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Hyatt’s service standards.

The role emphasizes guest connection, flexible scheduling including weekends, and opportunities to be part of a wellness-focused team. This position offers an on-site, dynamic work environment at a renowned resort.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about25 pounds)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Miraval Barista’s provide exemplary service to our guests. They are Food & Beverage ambassadors while working in the heart of the resort. Emphasis is placed on making guest connections and providing warm greetings to our guests while providing custom made beverages and snacks.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00/hour
