Hyatt Regency Austin is seeking a Barista for the Juniper Breeze Market on-site at our downtown hotel. The role involves serving guests, preparing beverages to brand standards, and maintaining a welcoming, clean environment.

This part-time position requires availability for weekday afternoons/evenings, weekends and holidays; benefits include referral bonuses, healthcare, free room nights, parking, and more.

Qualifications

• Previous cafe/market experience (serving or barista) is preferred
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

The Barista will provide service in the Juniper Breeze located on the property of Hyatt Regency Austin. This position will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders, preparing beverages in accordance with menu standards and providing a welcoming and clean environment for guests.

This is a part-time position. Must be able to work some week-day afternoons and evenings, weekends, and holidays.
