Job summary

BENCHMARK is looking for a skilled Barista to join Doubletree by Hilton Jacksonville Airport. The role requires morning shifts starting at 5:30am, focusing on preparing coffee and beverages, serving grab-and-go food, and delivering exceptional guest service each time.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of coffee and other beverages.
• Accurate preparation of beverages.
• Preparation of grab‑and‑go food.
• Processing transactions in the POS system.
• Completing all side work and opening/closing duties.
• Completing all paperwork associated with closing cashier at the end of the shift.
• Maintaining knowledge of the property and local events to answer guest inquiries.
• Providing exceptional guest service to every guest.
