The Post Oak Hotel, a Forbes Five-Star property, is seeking a Barista to craft espresso-based drinks and other beverages while delivering exceptional guest experiences in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, explaining the menu, coordinating with kitchen staff, serving with care, and ensuring compliance with all laws, including tip reporting requirements. Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Formación

• 1-3 years of restaurant experience
• Ability to carry food and beverage trays safely and professionally
• Previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
• Physical demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and prolonged extended periods of standing

• Responsibilities include complying with all federal and state laws, including the FLSA tip regulations regarding tip reporting

The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Barista to join the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences. The Barista will be responsible for creating a great guest experience through preparing and serving espresso-based coffee drinks and other beverages.
