Job summary

Green Bay Country Club is seeking friendly, energetic Barista to join our team. In this role, you'll prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, smoothies, ice cream, and gelato while delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.

Qualifications

• Prior barista or beverage service experience preferred, but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing, service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, smoothies, ice cream, and gelato according to established recipes and standards
• Welcome members and guests with friendly, professional service
• Take beverage and dessert orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive member experience
• Operate coffee machines, blenders, freezers, and other beverage equipment safely and properly
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming work areas
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
• Process payments accurately when applicable
• Support other Food & Beverage team members as needed
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for members and guests

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds, such as milk and supplies.
• Moderate to high noise levels during busy service periods.
• Frequent interaction with members and guests.
