Job summary

Green Bay Country Club is seeking friendly, energetic Baristas to craft specialty coffee beverages, smoothies, ice cream, and gelato for our members and guests. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, member-focused setting.

You will operate coffee equipment, maintain clean work areas, assist with inventory, and follow all safety standards while contributing to a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in barista, coffee shop, food service or beverage service is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing, service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, smoothies, ice cream and gelato to members and guests.
• Welcome members and guests with friendly, professional service.
• Take beverage and dessert orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive member experience.
• Operate coffee machines, blenders, freezers and other beverage equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming work areas.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Process payments accurately when applicable.
• Support other Food & Beverage team members as needed.
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for members and guests.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Moderate to high noise levels during busy service periods.
• Frequent interaction with members and guests.
