Job summary

Thuma is hiring a Barista for our new flagship cafe in Cherry Creek. The role reports to the Lead Barista and focuses on delivering warm, inviting experiences, high-quality coffee, and outstanding service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle orders, upsell products, and maintain a clean cafe and workstation while upholding our sustainability commitments.

Job description

Thuma is looking for a Barista to join our team. Reporting to the Lead Barista, this position will play a pivotal role in the seamless functioning and overall success of our new flagship store and cafe in Cherry Creek.

As a Thuma Barista, you'll be an integral part of creating a warm, inviting atmosphere, serving exceptional coffee, and providing top-notch customer service.

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience as a Barista in a cafe or similar setting is preferred.
  • Passion for coffee and dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using proper equipment and safety techniques.

$17 - $20 an hour
